Wrong fit? We will gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, based on availability of stock (excluding items that have been discounted at 40% off or more). Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to start the exchange process. We offer complimentary shipping to send the new items to you! Customers will be responsible for sending back the original items. The exchange must be done within the 30 days. If it is beyond the 30 days, the items put aside for the exchange will be restocked to our inventory.
We will gladly accept regular-priced items for a full refund within 14 days of your order being delivered and store credit on an e-gift card within 30 days from the order delivery date. Sale or discounted items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only (example of sale or discounted items: already marked down items, welcome discount code, 15% off, spend x amount and receive y for free, BOGO free). Promotional items or discounted items that are 40% or more off the original price will be a FINAL SALE (no exchanges or returns for store credit will be allowed). After 30 days, we will not accept any returns. Items must not be worn (except to try on), washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Items must have their original tags attached with proof of purchase ready upon request. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping labels will be at the customer’s own expense. Items for a return must be sent back to us within 14 days. Items for an exchange must be sent back to us within 30 days.

When returning an item please ensure that you have filled out the return form provided to you by our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the parcel, please include all original tags and packaging that you have received when returning an item. Items being returned with a gift receipt as proof of purchase will be refunded onto a credit note. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Luuna Scrubs reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the evidence that the item has been washed, worn, damaged or altered. A refund will also be refused if the original tags are not attached. In the event that this occurs, Luuna scrubs will return the item(s) to the sender.
Discounted/sale items, promotional items, or orders involving a discount code may be returned for store credit via e-gift card within 30 days of the delivery date. We will not be providing full refunds onto the original method of payment for these items/orders. This includes any items that have been discounted by a promotional code, sale, or that are already marked down. E-Gift card purchases
E-Gift Cards purchases cannot be returned/refunded. Any items purchased using an e-gift card will be refunded back onto an e-gift card. Luuna Scrubs reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges on items that do not meet the exchange/return policy.
