  1. What are your policies on returns / exchanges?

  1. How can I cancel or adjust my order?

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel it, as our team may already be in the process of fulfilling your order. However, if you would like to request a cancellation or adjustment to your order, please email us at contact@luunascrubs.com with your order number and your specific request. Our team will make every effort to assist you.

  1. Does Luuna Scrubs have a phone number for customer service inquiries?

Luuna Scrubs does not have a customer service phone number at this time. This is due to the fact that our founders and customer service representatives are your friends in scrubs working alongside you! We frequently monitor our email contact@luunascrubs.com and believe this is the best way to communicate! Thank you for your understanding.

  1. What are my delivery options?

Shipping: If your items are currently in stock, Luuna Scrubs will fulfill your order and send it out within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping can take 1-5 business days. There may be an extended fulfillment time due to a high volume of orders. We will do our best to ship your orders out as soon as we can! If you have any questions or concerns please email us at contact@luunascrubs.com and we will see how we can accommodate you! Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, if the shipping address is incorrect and your package is sent back, you are responsible for any further shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice.  

  1. How can I return an item?

Please email us at contact@luunascrubs.com and we'll be happy to help! After reviewing the return policy and speaking to a customer service representative please return the item by shipping your parcel to:

  1. My item has a defect, what do I do?

  1. What's special about Luuna Scrub's apparel?

There are a few things that make our apparel special! We designed our scrubs with YOU in mind. We gathered input from our colleagues and other professionals who wear scrubs. We took this information and incorporated what current scrubs lacked into our design. Our scrubs are integrated with silver ions and include a 2-way or 4-way stretch (depending on the product). Our adjustable waistband features a flat front and a stretchy back for the most flattering fit. You won't find a fabric like ours anywhere else. All of our scrub pants include multiple pockets with varying shapes and sizes to fit all your needs. Finally, our scrubs are made with recycled polyester and feel super soft! Our scrubs have been personally tested by the founders themselves during 12+ hour shifts to ensure they are comfortable and durable.

  1. When do you restock your scrubs? 

We restock our signature scrubs every few months. Sign up for emails to be the first to know about our next restock. Limited edition scrubs will not be restocked so get them while you can!

  1. Do you do price adjustments? Can promotions/discounts be combined?

At this time we are not offering price adjustments. Promotions/discounts cannot be combined.
