In-stock orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, then take 1 to 5 business days to arrive depending on where you are. During busy periods it can take a little longer, but we'll get your order out as soon as we can.

No. Any duties or customs fees charged on delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Email contact@luunascrubs.com with your order number and what you'd like to change as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once our team has started packing your order.

Couriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a few days early. Please wait 2 business days, then email contact@luunascrubs.com if it still hasn't arrived and we'll help. We aren't responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please double-check your address before checkout. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect it. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a reshipping fee applies to send it again.

Exchanges within 30 days of delivery, full refunds on regular-priced items within 14 days, and store credit within 30 days. Sale items are eligible for store credit or an exchange, and items 40% off or more are final sale. See the full returns policy.

Our scrubs were designed by nurses, with input from colleagues across healthcare, and tested on 12+ hour shifts. Both of our fabrics have silver-ion technology, four-way stretch and reinforced stitching, and are made with recycled fibres. Our pants have a flat-front, stretch-back waistband and plenty of pockets.

Check our size chart for measurements and inseams. Many of our pants come in Petite, Regular and Tall.

Our signature colours, Navy and Black, are restocked every few months. Limited edition colours won't be restocked, so grab yours while you can. Sign up for emails to hear about restocks first.
